A grouping of properties, which have been family owned, is now on the market in Balestier. The lot includes a redevelopment area and two shop houses that are adjoining in the Tessensohn Road area, as well as a group of 6 adjacent shop houses situated on Balestier Road. The expected price of the complete collection is expected to go for well over $32 million.

For those interested in buying properties individually, the seller is setting a price for the two shop houses on Tessensohn Road at $7 million. This is a total of 2,962 square feet of land area. The six properties on Balestier Road, which has a total land area of 12,038 square feet is priced at $16 million.

The redevelopment site looks to fetch over $9 million for the 4,973 per square foot area which equates to around $600 psf per plot ratio. The family involved are in the building materials and timber industry.

All of these properties are located around 500m from the Farrer Park MRT station as well as Mustafa Center, City Square Mall, Tessensohn Road’s Civil Service Club and the nearby Singapore Khalsa Association. There are also upcoming projects that will be integrated such as Connexion and ARC 380 which will be a health care and hospitality complex on a freehold development. It will be 16 stories and hold over 160 retail and office units.
